Riders who are experiencing a problem with their horse are invited to apply for a place on the ‘John Smart Problem Solving Clinic’. Sponsored by Pegasus Magazine, the clinic will also be held on 17 October.

John Smart has many years’ experience in training horses and riders. His clientele has included several leading event riders. John himself has competed at top level three-day eventing including the Badminton Horse Trials where he achieved one of the fastest recorded clear rounds cross-country. He has produced numerous horses to a high competition standard in both eventing and show jumping and is very much in demand as a trainer.

Selected ‘guinea pigs’ will take part in the clinic free of charge although donations for the CHYPS Charity (hospice at home for children and young people) will be welcome. Members of the public will be invited to watch the clinic and all profit from spectators will be donated to CHYPS.
