Equine Diversification Seminar: 13th April at Hadlow CollegeThe seminar - which is open to non-CLA members - will look at opportunities that different forms of diversification into equine business can offer to landowners and farmers. It will cover issues such as welfare, pasture management, design, planning and legal concerns. Speakers will include Judith Norris, CLA Kent Chairman and a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor and Rural Planner, Alan Tuckwell, county chairman for the British Horse Society, and representatives from Brachers LLP who specialise in rural, equine and other agricultural legal matters. Starting at 3.00pm, tickets for the seminar cost £25.00 which must be booked in advance.
