Description of job: I work four days per week for the BSJA as Assistant Manager of the Membership Department.  The work involves dealing with membership retention statistics, compiling reports and statistics etc.  I work from my home office for British Dressage one day during the week and at weekends.  This job involves managing the classifieds section of the BD website (horses for sale etc.).  I also manage the ordering and distribution of sponsors' rosettes for major shows and championships.

Good elements of job: Working from home office is great and the Stoneligh office is really close to home

Bad elements of job: Not paid enough!

Furute Plans: To work more fron home and develop the marketing aspect of my BD job.  Also get paid more!
